The Safeguarding Partnership is not a public body under the Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) and, therefore, is not obliged to respond to any FOI requests, Individual publicly funded Authorities are subject to the Freedom of Information Act and may be required to disclose certain information subject to any exemptions under the FOIA as controller of that data outside of this protocol.
